VPA Micellar Casein is a slow-digesting, high-quality milk protein that provides sustained amino acid delivery?making it perfect for muscle recovery, especially overnight. Naturally rich in all nine essential amino acids, micellar casein helps protect your muscles from breakdown and supports long-term growth.

Micellar casein is produced during the cheesemaking process, where casein proteins are separated and filtered to preserve their natural structure. These proteins form micelles?clumps that digest slowly?providing a steady stream of nutrients over several hours.

Whether you're building lean muscle, recovering from intense training, or simply looking to stay fuller longer between meals, VPA Micellar Casein is your go-to slow-release protein powder.

Add 1 heaped scoop (30g) to 200mL of water or low fat milk. Stir or shake for 20 seconds, or until completely dispersed.
